Teleutias

The Constitution
of Teleutias

The principles the product cannot violate.

Teleutias is artificial intelligence for fiduciary firms, designed around data sovereignty. The rules that follow are not sales arguments: they are the constraints we imposed on ourselves during design. The product is designed so that these principles cannot be bypassed.

I

Your data remain yours.

Your clients’ sensitive data remain under your control, within the sovereign perimeter of Teleutias.

II

The cloud is a choice, not a requirement.

Teleutias runs locally. The cloud is optional and is never the heart of the system.

III

Artificial intelligence does not hold the keys.

It can read, propose and reason, but it does not decide on its own where data go or which systems to use.

IV

The final say is always yours.

Artificial intelligence prepares the work; every operation on business systems requires your confirmation.

V

Every piece of data has a provenance.

You can always trace information back to its source and know who confirmed it.

VI

Each client is kept separate.

Data from one of your clients are never mixed with those of another.

VII

No lock-in to a single AI provider.

Models are replaceable: Teleutias does not depend on the artificial intelligence of a single vendor.

VIII

Privacy and security are not add-ons.

Encryption, authorizations, traceability, retention and backups are part of the product.

IX

It remains independent of your ERP.

Teleutias does not belong to any ERP: integration with business systems does not tie its intelligence to a single product.

X

The complexity is ours, not yours.

Teleutias does the hard work behind the scenes. You keep the control, not the complexity.

These principles are not slogans. They are design constraints. If a future feature violates them, the feature must change — not the principle.

Rules remain code · Judgment remains human
